Leslie Encinas, 14, of Rio Rico, Arizona played the part of Mary in the reenactment of the appearance of The Virgin Mary near Mexico City, to native peasant Juan Diego in 1531 in celebration of the feast day of Our Lady of Guadalupe at the Church of the Most Holy Nativity in southern Arizona, ten miles north of the Mexican border.
