    Nakalema Teddy works with her preschool children in Kakiri, Uganda, where many children attend with the help of school fees paid by Bega Kwa Bega (BKB, Shoulder to Shoulder) a grassroots organization that supports orphans and vulnerable children, giving the opportunity to get an education that might otherwise be out of reach in rural areas of Central Uganda.
