Ali Vincent of Phoenix, Ariz., has a meal at Phoenix restaurant, Zen 32 where she can continue to eat healthily to maintain her figure after winning the Biggest Loser Couples in 2008. She and her mom Bette-Sue Burklund competed in the program and Ali became the first female winner. (Rick D'Elia)
